Mr. Johnson’s Philosophy

Mr. Johnson’s philosophy is to prepare each case as if it is going to trial. There is a time for negotiation to try and achieve a good result for the client. However, the attorney for the other side needs to know that you are not afraid to try a case. Last, Tom has a unique perspective of the issues facing business clients in today’s challenging market. As the former owner of Diamond Dave’s restaurant in Janesville for over ten years and the owner of a marina, Tom understands what it takes to run a business. Tom lives in Milton, Wisconsin, with his three daughters.

He is now of counsel; he doesn't practice daily. But takes cases if he needs to.
